in booklet making– the Plockmatic 104 SquareFold. A new device that gives
your saddle stapled and folded booklets the same professional look as a
perfect bound book – completely flat finish and a printable spine. Use it
offline for hand feeding or online with all existing Plockmatic booklet
making/trimming systems. The
SquareFold module is available in two configurations. The offline model for
hand feeding or the online version that connects with any Plockmatic
Trimmer. Within seconds the module is hung onto the trimmer, connected and
ready to go. No need for a belt stacker– the saddle stapled and folded
booklets come out flat and hence stack neatly on the integrated delivery
tray. Up to 1800 booklets will come out per hour with exactly the same flat
finish look as a perfect bound (glue bound) book. No smell from glue, no
warm up time, no hot and hazardous areas and what more – so much faster! The
square spine gives you also the option to print text on the spine to get
that magazine/book look! Add increased value to your booklets, offer your
customer a professional look at a fraction of the cost for a perfect bound
